Find a professional computer repair service in Double Bay

I have a Telstra bigpond account and am currently unable to send emails, although I am receiving them. My laptop (around 3 yrs old) is also frequently dropping out of its internet connection. This has all happened quite suddenly.

I only have an iPhone and to set up Google home an android device is needed to Set up. Once modem is configured then need to set up 3 nests to extend range in the house. The help to set up so is stereo so some audio knowledge is needed. It was all set up previously so I know it can work but I moved out and it has been been unplugged and now a new modem has s being used. I have a Lenovo laptop that is connected to an external monitor. But I want to connect a 3rd monitor so I can work across all 3 displays and move my mouse across all 3 etc I was advised to buy a USB doc (see attached) that would do this. But I can’t get the 3rd monitor to use mouse and keyboard I just need it all set up. Please! A good IT person that can come over and sort it out.
