I have an old version of Outlook that is also linked to my websites. I have 3 different emails for my business and 2 no longer work. The final one is also been an issue with constant pop ups and email issues. I dont know the passwords for these emails or accounts. But i need all the info from old emails and the ability to sort my emails into folders plus i have a lot of necessary info linked to my current email that i dont want to lose. My WD Elements 4TB hard drive has recently stopped being recognised on my computer. When I plug in the hard drive it does turn on but I can't access the drive and after a little bit an error will pop up. The pop up tells me: "USB device not recognised. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognise it." I have tried both USB ports on my computer and other hard drives still work on my computer so I don't think it's the drivers. I've also tried to connect the hard drive to a different computer and the same error comes up. Obviously I don't want to lose any of the stuff I've got on the hard drive so if you could fix it that would be great!

MacBook Pro has stopped working. When I turn it on and hold down the command + r button I get the globe with the exclamation mark, but the cursor is not appearing so I can't connect to the internet and I don't have an ethernet cable.
