We just moved into Ballarat a week ago and we've noticed the NBN keeps dropping out. I phoned Telstra twice and they said the NBN is in this area but the quality can vary. Our son has tried to set up an extender as my husband uses the internet for work and he uses the internet for school and gaming. But has had no success with getting a better internet connection.
