I currently use Thunderbird email and recently updated it. Since then it has been painfully slow to navigate. I think I need to revamp my email system. I have also lost my Word application and can't renew it because my system is apparently insufficient.

I'm always running out of memory on my MacBook Air. I can't figure out icloud and backups and where all these files are that are eating memory. I need someone that really knows what they're doing to just move the files around and create memory. I've already done the usual - moved what I could, and I ran a scanner, but I need more experienced help than me. I can meet you anywhere in the Perth area at McDonalds or Starbucks or similar. My mac (desktop) won’t start up

Running slow, hot, spinning wheel, cursor freezing, sometimes webpages won't load etc

I need someone to come and have a look at my macbook air and help me troubleshoot a number of issues with how it is running. I am technologically terrible but am concerned there may be viruses on it. It basically needs a service. I would also like help with setting up icloud and other back up options. I am recommending an hourly rate ($70/hour) because I have no idea how long it will take. Minimum 3 hours will be paid however.

Mac stuck in a loop trying to install Big Sur OS. Now not enough space to re install big sur and can’t log in to delete files to make enough space. Have run disk utility and repaired all volumes, containers and drives ( all were fine ). Thanks.
