It won't turn on & it is 2 years old.

My 5 year old Mac is running extremely slow. I need someone to find its problem.

Client has apple mac computer and requires all data transferred onto another apple mac computer. The receiving apple mac computer is a second hand one and will need to be cleaned up ready for the transfer. The work will probably need to be done in clients home.

I have bought my daughter a new phone and want her to have a new apple id, not connected to family sharing etc. Problem is she has forgotten her old apple id password that is connected to icloud.com. We don't know the icloud password to retrieve the email to reset her password. We have set up a gmail account for her but cannot create a new id until we sign out of her old one but we can't because it has restrictions. I think I have removed all restrictions though! I am so confused, please help!

Very old original Mac book won’t turn on. Keeps repeating 3 x beeps when started, but won’t boot up. Have tried holding down various option + command + other key/s options. Don’t really need it repaired for use, but would like to retrieve photos at very least. Get in contact if confident issue can be affordably resolved. Thanks Mark

I have read that the 4 core CPU in my Mac Pro (early 2009) can be upgraded. Is there anyone with experience in doing this? Also, I have a 27 inch AOC monitor that has suddenly "died" (saying 'no signal') but I have a spare AOC monitor of the same size (with a cracked screen but otherwise ok). I'd like to see if I can get at least one of them working.

Hi, I have an iMac late 2015. It is efi locked and I don’t know the password. Is it possible to unlock it? I have checked some YouTube videos and they do it with replacing ram and pram reset but unfortunately I guess ram on my iMac is onboard. My 2015 MacBook Air won’t go past the loading screen when turned on. I can get to the recovery mode so HDD is in tact. I need to get data off before I reformat the HDD. I don’t have time capsule. I do have iCloud Drive which was active but can’t be sure my documents etc are there. I know my iCloud photos are digitally stored so it’s only a small amount of data I need withdrawn. Repairing the disc drive did not work. Basically need to confirm my data is on iCloud Drive or remove my files for me so I can restore to factory. Located Keperra any day / time is fine.

I am in my eighties, ex-engineer, and have owned and worked with computers for years. However, I need some help. I have a Mac (27”), late 2013. First time Mac user. Want to upgrade to the new one. My 2013 computer has a 3 tb Time Machine backup that failed a couple of years ago, and am currently using a backup drive. Problems: Unsure of modern backup options I have a raft of Apps collected since 2013, some of which I never use. It was my first Mac, having used Microsoft at work. I am somewhat disabled, with loss of the use of my fingers, hence touch typing is impossible and would like advice on voice recognition options. I use a Canon 7500 series A4 inkjet printer and an IP8700 A3 printer for photography. i use an Epson Perfection V550 Photo scanner. I think it is a common factor whereby one carries the debris of each computer practices to the new one without utilising all of the new capabilities. The Applications Folder has a mix of programs, some of which I use, some I don’t. As a novice Mac user, I subscribed to various magazines on Zinio and tried apps that looked useful. I need advice on the most suitable programs for the new computer, how my existing organisation of files etc could be improved, and setting up the new one and removing info from the old one.

retrieve data from a crashed disc

Does anyone know who could fix my Apple Watch series 3? It just has a cracked screen, and thought I’d give this a go. If not I’ll just send it to Apple :)

1st laptop has a harddrive/ ram issue. 2nd laptop I saved everything on my newer laptop and there’s a file with a question mark flashing. My internet is slow so the spinning globe is taking a while.

Mouse and keyboard need new rechargeable batteries - old ones are not ordinary batterie and are sealed in tubes or similar .plus Apple ID keeps saying I can’t connect!!! Need big cleanup I think!
