Computer has a problem where it intermittently shuts down at random times. For the most part, the computer is operational and runs fine but then it just shuts down randomly. I have run diagnostics and virus scans and it says computer is healthy. It is a fairly new PC bought in 2022 so i dont believe its anything to do with old components but having expert look at it would be great - Due date: Flexible

We have a ps4 that keeps coming up with software update problem. Error problem in pic so can sus before coming on way to fix it. Also posted what size storage but factory reset as google suggested as tried few suggestions n our actual ps4.I've tried to do that usb update from pc and still says error and have pc availableif needed to use to sort problem.
