You can park in the basement at the complex near lifts, and it’s about 50m from the lifts on level 4 to the apartment. Removals size: A few items but heavy as in picture (solid wood). This photo is in the old house, it’s now in a storage unit so will take some manoeuvring and moving of other items to get it out. Stairs: No Please no time wasters.
