I have managed to procure a few photos of what to expect. I do have someone going in earlier this week to remove some of the boxes etc. The space is not huge but there is quite a bit to sort through and throw out. A skip bin will be provided. This is a reasonably tough job. The property has been used by a family member who is very unwell. The garage has a large amount of rubbish which, although easily cleared, will require a bit of hard work. It is a four bedroom home but only the main bedroom on the second floor needs attention. You can skip the top floor. The rest of the house: entrance, downstairs toilet, garage, living room, kitchen need a VERY thorough clean. It would also be good if you can sort out her fridge and remove any old food. Type of clean: Regular Number of bedrooms: 2 Number of bathrooms: 2 Equipment and supplies: Tasker must provide To clarify: the task is both a thorough clean of everything expcept the top level of the house (which is the three bedrooms and bathroom). Focus is on the living areas and a very through clean of the kitchen. A reminder that this place has not been cleaned in a while due to the sickness of the person. The garage also has a large amount of rubbish. I will send photos asap. Ideally, a quote to remove the rubbish would be good but I am also open to ordering a skip in advance. There will be no one at the property on the day. Entrance details will be arranged in advance. Has to be done on the Saturday but you could start work on the Friday afternoon if you wished. Needing someone to come help me by being a second pair of hands. I’m seven months pregnant and I’m the process of moving house (we don’t have a new house to go to just yet but the owners are selling and lots happening at the house).
