Have two small self-contained flats for Airbnb needing cleaning on an ongoing basis. Both flats are have open plan with kitchenette/bed/lounge in one large open space and a separate toilet/shower. Both units take less than an hour to turn over but will need som regular alternating tasks that will make it approximately an hour each time. I provide the cleaning equipment and supplies for top up and would need a VERY reliable and preferably somewhat local airtasker to take the following on; Strip bedding, towels and bath mats and leave on site for washing (airtasker will not be required to do the washing) Make bed with clean linen and hang up new fresh towels Clean toilet, shower and shower screen, and sink/mirror area in bathroom, restock bathroom items Wipe down tables, desks, chairs and window sills Clean kitchen area, including counters, sink, wipe out fridge and microwave, toaster and kettle, wipe stovetop and look over oven Vaccuum floors and if needed mop the non carpeted area Restock supplies such as toilet paper, shower cream, tea/coffee, milk, hand soap, etc Wipe off outdoor table set (one unit only) Clean entrance of the unit including sweep and dust Report on maintenance needs Alternating cleans complete the following tasks (these tasks need to be done regularly but not all tasks each time): Dust on top of wardrobes, pictures and wall shelves Clean ceiling and portable fans Clean aircon filter (only one unit has one air conditioner) Clean ceiling vents in bathrooms Tidy and wipe over washing machine and outdoor sink in communal laundry area I block out one night before and after each stay so whoever takes this on will have approximately 24 hours to complete a clean meaning that it is quite flexible and you can work around existing commitments. Clean one ensuite shower that I don't want to do. Tiled walls and floor and glass door. Using bleach or similar (cleaner to provide) to do a good deep clean and get rid of the small amount of shower mould. Also to clean the oven. Only done about 4 months ago by another airtasker. Supply your own oven cleaning products. I usually use more natural/non-bleach products, so I'd like you to bring the strong stuff to get the bits that vinegar or jif just doesn't get.
