Bathroom will take a good 1-2 hrs, kitchen is actually not bad as he doesn’t really cook much. Walls are good but have to be washed as part of the condition of the lease. Hard floors are clean too. Everything will be provided- all equipment and cleaning chemicals and consumables. All you need to provide is your time and attention to detail as the real estate agent is difficult and has caused my son lots of issues so the place needs to be 100 % immaculate and faultless in the cleaning department.
