Need a cleaner for ongoing work. I pay $30 per hour and I’m looking for 4 hours and whatever you can complete in that time. Regular house cleaning required (such as washing bathrooms, kitchen cleaning , dusting, vacuuming etc. ) plus some laundry which includes washing and folding/hanging. I would like someone who enjoys organising and willing to learn the way our house is organised for the long term, we have a neat little system. I can write a more detailed list of cleaning duties upon arrival. I can also provide the cleaning products , just not a vacuum at the moment (ours is currently broken) or a mop. We are looking to hire someone who is looking to do regular cleans with us to prepare our home for Air BnB. We have a lovely three-bedroom / two-bathroom home with an open-plan living area. The open area is floating timber and carpeted bedrooms. There is a rear patio area that will need sweeping or blowing as there are leaves that collect there. There are four beds consisting of one king bed, one queen and two king single beds. These beds may need sheets changed and towels placed for the next guests. Washing isn't required but we do have our neighbour who can do the washing and return the sheets, so it'd be a case of leaving the washing with her to do. There are some replenishable goods that would need replacing too. We do have a stockpile and we'd need the items to be replaced from time to time. The extent of the cleaning would depend on the quality of the guests that stay, but ideally, we may have guests arriving the same day. Ultimately a cleaning shouldn't go over four hours but it may take less time than 4 hours and it may take more.
