We run a short-stay accommodation business located throughout Brisbane. We are looking for a regular cleaner/property manager who is able to help with changeovers for 1 home in Burpengary with the potential for other houses too. This property has 2-3 changeovers per week, so the role would likely have 10 and 15 changeovers per week, with each changeover involving approximately 2-3 hours of work. Work hours are generally 10am - 4pm, 7 days per week (often on weekends). Need to have your own vehicle and be available to work these hours. Work will be consistent but differing days of work so would suit someone who doesn't have additional work during the day. I run 2 businesses at home, one of which uses ALOT of towels. I'm extremely busy this week and have clients coming in the afternoon on Friday and a business meeting Saturday morning so I need some help.
