I have three areas that need attention, 1. the back of the house: I want to have a secure yard to allow my son to play there "unsupervised" as well as have a space to park a car or 2. 2.The side of the houseI want this to be a relaxing space but not sure how to make that happen, currently my husband is digging up the grass so we can put some new turf, this space is adjacent to a future veggie patch. 3. Is an area that maybe divided into 2, it is a big area, one side there is an aviary, a water feature and a fire pit, whereas the other side is a delapidated pegola and an assortment of playground equipment. My head thinks all I need here is to have it cleaned up and tidied , another set pf eyes will be apprecieated. Person will need to be strong, handy and patient and is suitable for someone who is willing to do both handyman and ad-hoc tasks on the property. All Palletised and to be unpacked, boxes flattened down and put into our onsite skip. You will be onsite with our assemblers. *some heavy lifting may be required to shift and open boxes, and some hand assembly will be required for some basic items. Must be physically fit. Must have Stanley knife, a large pair of scissors would be helpful, you will be required to wear closed toe shoes (steel cap is not essential) and appropriate clothing.
