I NEED HELP decluttering and cleaning my house! I have too much stuff and it's driving me nuts. I am desperate to get this job done but having trouble getting started and doing it myself... I need you to work with me. The first job is to get rid of stuff which has not fit in the bin and has just been shoved in a cupboard or corner. I think this job will likely be over a couple of days or so with all throwing out on one day and the remainder being done over a couple of days throughout the week around my work hours and your availability. Tasks might include emptying and reorganising cupboards, helping identify what to keep, sell, donate, and throw out and getting these packaged up and out the door. Please bring your enthusiasm, humour and energy but leave any judgment at the door. Budget about $40 per hour.

Seeking expressions of interest for a back up cleaner. Will only be required to fulfil the cleaning duties of an existing full timer cleaner, in the event that they are unable to fulfil their role. This role will be periodic only and will only be required on an on call basis. Duties will include the turn over of an Airbnb studio apartment, washing and drying linen and towels and additional cleaning when required. As standard, the payment for what would be approximately 1 hours work, would pay a total of $45 per clean. Additional earnings available for further cleaning/maintenance.

For now I need rubbish taken out, upstairs cleaned. I have maybe 4 large bags full of cans. They can be either be taken downstairs to the recycling or taken with you for cash from the machine - up to you. The essential part is that all of my rubbish is gone. Also after a competent cleaner that doesn't hit me up for cash, understands I have cameras due to a sensitive government job (I can disable intrusive cameras when you're here if it's an issue) and does not let my cat out. Will be ongoing if you are decent and respectful. I work from home, so I will shut my office when you are here unless my cat wants to come in. The cleaner would do essential all maintenance work inc bedding, washing, dusting etc and just use common sense (see something? I'm easy going - feel free to make things make sense and I'll be cool with it).
