Hi, I’m looking for some one who is willing to work for $40/hr for 5 hours tomorrow from 11am (Tuesday). You’ll need a Ute or really big car. I need to go to Early Settler at Kawana to pick up a day bed (202 x 70 x 68). Then Bunnings to buy seven bags of potting mix and bring them back to my house at Coolum. I need these carried up one flight of stairs and added to some pots without making too much mess. Then I need to put a bed together . If there’s time left I need to plant some bamboo by moving some stones out of the way then digging the holes and replacing the stones once they’re in. There’s a few other bits and pieces like adding mulch to the pots as well . Sounds like a fun afternoon really ☺️

I’ve ripped out a bathroom and some interior walls. I need help to move the plaster and tile debris to a bin a the front of the house. It’s a small one story house and we can use a wheelbarrow to move it right into the bin. I’ll provide a new respirator and gloves. You’ll need closed shoes or preferably work boots. It’s about 4-6 hours of work.

We have a 3 bedroom house in Coolum which is a holiday rental. We need the following completed as required, but probably once per week, depending on bookings. Cleaning Clean 3x bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge diner and balcony. Beds We have 3x queen beds and 2x pull out single bed ottomans. We would need sheets and towels collected and washed and then beds made for next arrivals. We have two sets to make this process easier. Probably only 2-3 beds most times, advertised for 4 to 6 persons. Schedule We are happy to book a regular day for this and advertise vailabikity around this standard changeover day, probably Tuesday. Ground level wooden deck is being moved out around side of house in person liftable pieces (about 12 meters in 5 parts) its go will need to be reconstructed in a couple of weeks hence no full deconstruction. Alot of work has been completed just require a bit of a hand and muscle. Got most tools for the job etc. Probably take a half a day to a max of 8 hour day
