Hi there, We need some help cooking and cleaning our small two bedroom unit for the next few weeks approximately around 4 hours a week. You are welcome to propose a time that suits us both between 9am-7pm.

General cleaning duties will include (but not be limited to) all rooms in the house once a week, deep clean once a quarter, other things if needed (folding washing, making beds, watering plants, cleaning windows etc) We are also looking for a housekeeper and there is an option for you to do this you wish and that can be discussed. If so hours would be increased from 6 to 16 hours per week. We are a positive, energetic family and our home is our haven. We are very protective of our space and we are looking for someone wonderful to come and be part of our dynamic. Northern Beaches Family of six are looking for someone to help keep the house clean and tidy! We have two adults and four teenagers! Once a fortnight cleaning required which includes usual cleaning chores (bathrooms, kitchen, hoover and mop floors, dusting etc) but we would also like help with household chores like general tidying up, changing bed sheets and the occasional load of laundry/ironing). I need someone who is trustworthy, helpful and friendly and who won’t cut corners. Please tell me about your background when you apply as I’m keen to get the right fit for our household :) I need this service once a fortnight, preferably on Fridays.

There is a ladder to the attic and the attic is filled with items ranging from boxes with photos , bags of clothes, pictures, lamps, carpets , small furniture items and toys etc... The attic needs to be fully emptied with all items taken to down to the garage while we sort through them and then either taken up to the street for council pick up or back to the attic for storage after the attic has been vacuumed . The job needs a strong and fit man and will probably take up to 5 hours .

Here’s a pic of my fabulous storage under a house. It’s got a bunch of boxes with bits and bobs in it that need to be: 1 emptied and 2 neatly sorted into categories (gardening, tools, craft etc ) and put onto the shelves where I can access them. 3 boxes need to be broken down and put neatly away for next time we move. 4 There’s some hard rubbish that needs to be pulled out ready to go to the tip. 5 to finish the job the storage needs to be dusted, vacuumed, glass cleaned inside and out (1 door and 1 small window) and mopped (supplied). Bilgola plateau . Today or Saturday would be great, Alternatively, Wed Thurs or Fri or Sat next week. Bonus points if you can take the hard rubbish to the tip.

NOTE: MUST have wheelbarrow we can mix some quickset concrete in (just the barrow I’ve got everything else). Bonus points if you have a really really long ladder (3m-ish). Need someone for a few hours ASAP to come help with some simple tasks; concreting a few posts in (holes already dug), lifting a few things in the garage. You’ll just be helping you don’t need to know anything, just need a wheelbarrow as I don’t have one.
