Hello! We need a weekly, hard working but lovely and friendly house keeper and cleaner for our home. We are looking to build a relationship with you, we are not looking for cleaning company who send out different people. We expect hard working, exceptional cleaning, high organisation and a friendly manner. But in return we offer a good hourly rate $35/hr and a fantastic family to work for. We are very kind and respectful. We are just very busy mums of 4 kids and 2 businesses, so we need help with running the home. I do have very high expectations of what a good clean is like so if you don’t think you’ up to it please don’t apply. We have had a sensational cleaner work for us for the last 2 years but she has now moved back to her home country.. she was cleaning our whole home in 3-4hrs per week. That was a very thorough clean each week. 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. She was even changing the bed sheets over. On some weeks I would ask her to do an extra hour and have her include the folding of the washing and place it on beds. Once a month she would do extra hours for the oven and fridge. Sometimes she would add an hour for windows. I am very realistic about what can be achieved if you are an efficient and thorough cleaner. I need someone great. But we offer long term regular employment in a really friendly safe and happy environment. Please reach out if you are interested. He is a professional corporate man so has very high standards and Would be looking for someone that takes pride and is passionate about their work. Hours are between 5 to 8 hours per week. One week its 5 hours The second week when his children are there 5 days it would be 8 to 10 hours. I'm not the best cook, but mostly I don't have the time to cook all of my food which due to the restrictive nature of the diet requires (sad. face) Here are the key details: When: Flexible start date, ideally within the next two weeks. I need to maintain this diet over a 12 week period so would ideally be ongoing. Where: I'm based in Ascot Vale, happy for meals to be prepped offsite or at my house, whichever works easiest. What: I'm in need of the following: - Fresh meals prepped in advance for an approx. four day period that meet the requirements of my plan. - Minimum 2, up to 3 meals prepped for each day (depending on cost) - Support/collaboration on some recipes that meet my guidelines and aren't as boring as the food I've been making myself. - Support building a shopping list for each prep period in alignment with the recipes. I'll pay for groceries and we can work out a best practice for buying the food and getting it to you, as well as getting the prepped meals to me. :) The diet: It's pretty rough. Focus will be mostly on lean protein & vegetables. I need to remove all gluten, dairy, most starches, onion, garlic, sugar, FODMAPS etc. and need to hit 30-40gms of protein and 500 cals per meal. I need deep clean of kitchen, bath and general home. My child has moved from crawler to toddler and my house needs to compensate. I will say straight up my house has cockroaches so a large part will be taking everything out of the kitchen and disinfecting the cupboards as well as furniture moving. My jack russel dog is friendly however, if you are uncomfortable with dogs I can locked him in a different room so that you can work comfortably.
