I’m looking for someone who can give my house a good clean, we’ve just taken on a new lease and the bond clean in the bathrooms wasn’t amazing so these need a really good scrub/disinfectant! There are also grubby marks around the light switches and door handles so I’d like these cleaned too, I’m happy to provide all the disinfectant wipes for the job! If there is time left at the end I’d love the railing on the deck to be cleaned! Otherwise it’s a standard clean - dusting, kitchen, cupboards in kitchen need a wipe, carpets in bedrooms, wooden floors that need a good mop! Single level house so no stairs! I’m budgeting on 2.5hrs for the work. I’d be looking for someone who does a tidy job and would like to engage ongoing cleaner weekly on Thursdays or Fridays! As far as budget goes I’m happy to pay more for a deeper clean for this time but ongoing will negotiate a rate :) thinking $120 for this clean but wouldn’t need as much maintenance if it’s ongoing.
