End of lease clean for a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in freshwater. We have carpet in the living room and 2 bedrooms that will need to be cleaned as well. This is the checklist from our Real Estate: The following list has been prepared to assist you in the property you are vacating. KITCHEN The Stove should be cleaned inside and out which includes – oven, griller, drip trays, hot plates and range hood washed and degreased. Cupboards and draws should be wiped out and all bench tops wiped over. Sink and drainer should be cleaned.
