Hi, I'm looking for someone to do a bond clean on my house, ive currently been away on work for a couple of weeks and the house has just been sitting, I'm back now and just need a refreshing done, there will be furniture in the way, looking for quotes on this task. I would like a bond clean of our 4 bedroom house. It has 2 bathrooms, plus an extra 2 toilets and an extra shower in the laundry. Two of the showers are unused and just need a dusting wipe over. We only really use one en-suite for the whole family. There are no carpets. The bedrooms have plantation blinds and other windows roller blinds, which were only recently installed and aren't very dirty. I would like windows and tracks cleaned. The oven can be set to pyrolytic setting before you come to make it easier to clean. The rangehood will also need a clean. The house will be completely empty, it is cleaned every 2 weeks so not alot of dust or dirt and we have only lived here for 6 months. There are 4 bedrooms (3 rooms unused), 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom Unused) and 2 living spaces. Property Location - Birkdale 4159 We have done majority of the clean. I’ve spent the last few days cleaning walls, skirts, blinds, cupboards, drawers, windows. So there is really hardly anything left. I need the carpets done, the floors hoovered & mopped, oven cleaned, each room inspected and if you see anything we’ve missed it to go over it & finally a pest spray. I’m not willing to pay more than $200 because I honestly don’t see anyone being here any longer than 2 hours. There are 3 bedrooms plus one living space for carpets that need steam cleaning. I am moving out of my house at Birkdale and require a bond clean. I live in a 5 bedroom house but have only been here for 9 months and never used 3 or the bedroom or the spare bathroom so I don't need these cleaned. What is required is clean of 2 bedrooms, ensuite shower, 2nd bathroom and downstairs floors and windows. I have wiped out the pantry and kitchen shelving so need wipe down of all surfaces, skirting, fans etc downstairs. I would estimate that it would take approx 4hours to complete. I vacate the premise on 17th Dec so need the clean done day or days prior. I can be flexible with dates but clean needs to be at a standard I can get my bond back.
