Wanting an end of lease cleaner for a small townhouse in Thomastown please. Someone who is thorough, has high attention to detail and is willing to do a deep clean where required. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis unfortunately, so any strenuous cleaning with my hands is so painful & near impossible! DATE & TIME CAN BE FLEXIBLE - AM/PM up to you! *MUST be willing to clean WALLS and ARCHITRAVES to remove them of any scuff marks left, especially kid handprints!!! All walls upstairs and in living area please. Walls are a top priority they will need your time, attention & maybe even some magic eraser?! 🤣 *MUST have equipment to vacuum and clean small area of CARPET including spot cleaning of the rare stain here and there. Carpet is only on the stairs and upstairs in the bedroom *Downstairs is a fully open area with small living and kitchen *Tiles to be VACUUMED & MOPPED, spot clean any marks *Wiping of WINDOW SILLS, STAIR RAIL & DUSTING wall corners * No glass window cleaning required, just sills. YAY ! *KITCHEN is small. Wanting all CABINETS wiped down well, inside and out. Spot cleaning any marks. STOVE top and OVEN aren't too dirty and are both quite small. Not too hard for you. *BATHROOM requires a quick wipe over of all surfaces- BATH, single SHOWER, small basin and tiled walls. Very small area. NOTE - My guess is that 6 hours would be a suitable amount of time for a single person to finish these tasks in, as it is quite a small house but feel free to let me know your thoughts on that? A shorter amount of time is also ok if you wish to work as a pair & not alone so that it's done quicker. Would prefer that you supply your own equipment and cleaning supplies please, but we can discuss and make arrangements if you can't. Parking is available directly in front of my house on the street, or can also park in the car port behind my house and use the back entrance.
