I am writing to request a quote for cleaning services for my rental property located at 568 Collins street, Melbourne. I am in need of professional cleaning to ensure the property is returned to its original condition as per my lease agreement. Unfortunately, the private cleaner I initially hired did not meet my expectations, leaving some areas inadequately cleaned. I am now told by my rental agency to rectify the situation promptly. Therefore, I am seeking a reliable and efficient cleaning service to address the following areas: 1. **Oven:** Some cleaning to remove some white marks (We didn't actually use it in our tenure but there are some white marks). 2. **Dishwasher:** Complete cleaning and sanitization to ensure it is in perfect working condition. (Again we didn't use it but there is a food clog they are saying) 3. **Shower Drain:** Some marks near the drain. 4. **Ceiling Marks Ensuite:** Removal of any marks or stains on the ceiling near one light in the ensuite bathroom. 5. **Carpet Cleaning:** Steam cleaning for two rooms and one common area, totaling approximately 50 square meters. While the carpets have been partially cleaned, I want to ensure they meet the highest standards for end-of-lease cleaning. In the ensuite room there are some red color spots which need deep superior cleaning. My goal is to obtain the best possible price without compromising on the quality of service. I am looking to have this cleaning completed as soon as possible to meet the requirements of my lease agreement. Ideally, I would like to schedule the cleaning for 07/09/2023, if available.
