Hi, I’m moving out of my apartment which I own and would like a deep clean ready for rental inspections and tenants when the property is soon to be rented. The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom. Split level. Carpet in bedrooms and stairs. Living areas are wooden floors and bathrooms/laundry are tiled. Have been in this apartment for 1.5 years and haven’t cleaned the windows and cornices since moving. The bathrooms and kitchen is regularly cleaned but it’s just the corners of the place and spaces that need a thorough clean. Like behind furniture, cornices, the windows (internally only - I’ve got 1 window and 2 glass sliding doors to be cleaned) and sills and tracks are dirty with dust and a mould, oven needs a deep clean. Every other space just needs a quick general clean e.g vacuum and a dusting. The kitchen itself doesn’t need a lot of work either besides the oven. Not necessary but would be nice if person/company carrying out task has an options and capacity for regular cleaning moving forward. If job is well done, would like pricing and options for once a week cleaning. If you can prove a approx time frame and rate or a fixed quote that would be greatly appreciated. - Due date: Flexible
