The property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house and needs to be cleaned to a high standard, ready for new guests. We are looking for someone to clean and restock our airbnb home (3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage), who will be available to clean on demand following an end of stay and before the next stay (e.g. a 1-2 day window before and after bookings), including: - standard clean of house, wipe all hard surfaces - change of linen including bed sheets & towels - drop linen at local laundry down the road & pick up clean set (we have a number of linen sets on rotation), we will pay laundry fees - top up of basic consumable items that will be provided eg. Soap, toilet paper, tea & coffee - take out rubbish - communication of any missing or damaged property visible during clean - photograph the key areas and remote controls / house keys to make sure all present following tennant stays - bbq clean if required at extra charge of $55 Looking to engage someone on an ongoing basis to support us in maintaining a high quality airbnb listing.
