We are searching for someone to clean our airbnb on an ongoing basis. Our listing is a small 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom town house in Wembley that has a total floor spaces of 72 square metres.. Usually would take us about 1.5 house to complete a clean after guests check out. Duties include completing an inspection for condition, damage and theft. Then stripping all linen off and re-making the 1 x Queen bed and 2 x single beds. Wiping down the bedsides, bed frame and window blinds. Roll up towels and ensure beds are neatly presented. Remove towels from bath room. Clean shower/toilet/ hand basin. Vacuum and mop all floors up stairs including under the beds (There is no carpet). Empty waste bin and put in a new liner. Put new toilet paper roll in holder and 2 in cupboard under sink Moving downstairs, empty refrigerator and food cupboard. Remove rubbish and put a new liner in waste bin. Wipedown inside the fridge, microwave, stove/oven and all kitchen surfaces. Inspect and ensure all dishes and cookware are clean. Wipe down kitchen table and chairs as well as tv, tv cabinet and side table. Vacuum lounge and present cushions. Vacuum and mop all floors down stairs. Inspect and clean laundry and top up any consumables such as dish clothes and liquid, tea/coffee/sugar etc... (our supply of consumables) Hose down outside area and light watering of plants and ensure its presents well. Drop used line back to us, 5 Min drive away. Cleans must be completed between 11am and 2pm.

We have 1 apartment split into 3 airbnb listings in East Perth that requires cleaning after stays. Everything is provided within the apartment for you. I am able to clean myself within 1 hour for a quick clean and 2 hours for a full deep clean on one side of the apartment. The cleaning must be completed between the hours of 10am and 3pm (but this is negotiable on occasion) and can be adhoc i.e. one week you might be needed 3 times and another 0. The apartment is rented 95% of the time so it is quite busy week on week! It would be perfect for someone who is in the Perth cbd and wishes to have a little supplementary income. There is a free parking available with the apartment. The apartment is small with 2 bedrooms and shared kitchen and bathroom between the units (total 50m2 for the combination of both spaces). We rent each side separately but it can also be rented as one space also. Everything is provided at the apartment and there are laundry facilities in the building costing $4 for a wash (37mins) and $4 for the dry (30mins). Please factor this into your quote.
