Hi, I'm looking for a cleaner with air bnb experience who can clean a 3 bdrm townhouse and replace dirty with home washed linen.

Have two small self-contained flats for Airbnb needing cleaning on an ongoing basis. Both flats are have open plan with kitchenette/bed/lounge in one large open space and a separate toilet/shower. Both units take less than an hour to turn over but will need som regular alternating tasks that will make it approximately an hour each time. I provide the cleaning equipment and supplies for top up and would need a VERY reliable and preferably somewhat local airtasker to take the following on; Strip bedding, towels and bath mats and leave on site for washing (airtasker will not be required to do the washing) Make bed with clean linen and hang up new fresh towels Clean toilet, shower and shower screen, and sink/mirror area in bathroom, restock bathroom items Wipe down tables, desks, chairs and window sills Clean kitchen area, including counters, sink, wipe out fridge and microwave, toaster and kettle, wipe stovetop and look over oven Vaccuum floors and if needed mop the non carpeted area Restock supplies such as toilet paper, shower cream, tea/coffee, milk, hand soap, etc Wipe off outdoor table set (one unit only) Clean entrance of the unit including sweep and dust Report on maintenance needs Alternating cleans complete the following tasks (these tasks need to be done regularly but not all tasks each time): Dust on top of wardrobes, pictures and wall shelves Clean ceiling and portable fans Clean aircon filter (only one unit has one air conditioner) Clean ceiling vents in bathrooms Tidy and wipe over washing machine and outdoor sink in communal laundry area I block out one night before and after each stay so whoever takes this on will have approximately 24 hours to complete a clean meaning that it is quite flexible and you can work around existing commitments. Make the beds with clean bed linen - it will be provided. Dusty Vaccum Moop Make sure fridge is clean and empty Clean kitchen & check with glasses and plates are clean Check stove and air fryer - if dirty please clean Clean bathroom Put all the rubbish in the outside bin The unit small and should take around 1 hour to clean. Guest check out is at 10am and a new guest is coming at 2pm, cleaning needs to be done inside this time frame. Sounds like a lot when you write in a list but most guests leave house pretty clean, and are out a lot, so often dont cook much, so level of cleaning may vary, but areas all need to be checked and wiped down. If some guests create a lot of additional work, i'll need that documented, so i can review guests as well as request additional cleaning fee from airbnb.. I will have at very least one day between guests and have 2 sets of towels and sheets per room, so not looking for linen hire, please let me know how you'll manage this. ** hence airbnb experience preferred.** Asking for quotes around $40 per hour. I am looking for a cleaner to assist me with the first clean prior to guests arriving to my home as an Airbnb. Going forward I will require a cleaner to do the post check out guest clean. This will generally involve cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, floors, washing sheets/towels, making beds and spot cleaning other areas as required.

Need a bathroom, toilet and oven cleaned ASAP. No more than an hour of work. Oven is clean just needs a fishy smell removed.
