Hello there, We are looking for Airbnb cleaner for long term partnership. Here is the check list as below. Check list: - take off all linens, used towels and fast wash in 15-20mins and then put in dryer in 90mins, use the spare bed set in cabinet to cover it again( use the new set as a MUST) - vacuum and mopping the floor all internal areas. - swipe balcony, and all table surfaces, mirror spray and wipe all mirrors in the unit: 2 big mirrors, bathroom mirrors, wardrobe's mirror, etc.) - Clean toilet and bathroom with bleach products to make sure it looks 100% clean everywhere. _ Kitchen clean in and out everywhere like : fridge, microwave, ovens, sandwiches presser, sinks, etc. Please make sure kitchen bin is empty and put the new plastic bag in (normally guest will do this but double check incase guest forgot to do or so on) -after these, check the dryer, all the bed set and towels should be done by then, take it out check if it's totally dried, fold and put it back to the cabinet. Cleaner is required to clean a 1-bedroom apartment in East Perth for a property on Airbnb. Cleaning is required between 10am-2pm.

We have 1 apartment split into 3 airbnb listings in East Perth that requires cleaning after stays. Everything is provided within the apartment for you. I am able to clean myself within 1 hour for a quick clean and 2 hours for a full deep clean on one side of the apartment. The cleaning must be completed between the hours of 10am and 3pm (but this is negotiable on occasion) and can be adhoc i.e. one week you might be needed 3 times and another 0. The apartment is rented 95% of the time so it is quite busy week on week! It would be perfect for someone who is in the Perth cbd and wishes to have a little supplementary income. There is a free parking available with the apartment. The apartment is small with 2 bedrooms and shared kitchen and bathroom between the units (total 50m2 for the combination of both spaces). We rent each side separately but it can also be rented as one space also. Everything is provided at the apartment and there are laundry facilities in the building costing $4 for a wash (37mins) and $4 for the dry (30mins). Please factor this into your quote. Normally the wash of the sheets can happen whilst the apartment is being cleaned and prepared for the next guest (there is a spare set of sheets and towels provided in each room) A full list of cleaning requirements can be provided to you but generally, all surfaces wiped and cleaned.
