We need someone to provide ad-hoc cleaning and set-up at Airbnb property before we have new guests. Please read description below carefully. Clean includes vacuuming, mopping of rooms, wipe over of any dusty or dirty surfaces and cleaning bathrooms and toilets. 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (two with shower curtains and two with shower screens). On average takes about 4 hrs but depends on what rooms guests used and the mess they leave or not - price negotiable on this basis. Can use our cleaning equipment or bring your own. In some instances we also may need set-up which includes stripping sheets from beds and making new beds (up to 11 beds, depending on number of guests) and putting out towels, rubbish bags, toilet paper, supplies etc. Typically we may need 1-2 services per month from Mar through to Nov, but probably less often in winter than Autumn/Spring.
