we are looking to hire a bar tender to make cocktails at our EOFY function on Friday 18 June 2021. the function will take place at a private residence in Wynnum, with approximately 20 to 25 guests that will want a cocktail and we would like the bar tender to work from 11.45 am to set up for a start at 12.00 pm to 6:00 pm. there will be non-alcoholic drinks self serve, as well as access to beer/champagne/wine, self serve. the owner will assist in clean up in collection of glass ware, and placement in dishwasher etc.. The cocktails will just be standard cocktails (espresso martinis, mojitos, etc.) and we will provide all the equipment and ingredients. Could you please advise on your availability and also provide a quote (flat fee or hourly rate).

Hello. We are having a small gathering (around 20 people) and would like help with the bar / making some cocktails. We will provide all the alcohol and glasses. We have some cocktail gear e.g. shakers, strainers, shot glasses etc. Approx 5 hours - 5.30 to 10.30pm. We can be a tad flexible with timing if you have another job before or after. Looking for an experienced bartender to pour drinks and make cocktails at a private birthday party. Must need valid RSA and plenty of experience. Still confirming heaps of the details but will most likely be either the 3rd or 4th of October for 3 hours. There will be roughly 40 people in attendance but you will only be required to make cocktails and pour the odd glass of champagne - the rest of the drinks will be in cans/ glass drink dispensers for self serve.
