Hey everyone I’m settling on a property in Healesville on May 7 and looking to commence the extension of a deck (with roof). The space is approx 60sqm. See photos below. I would love to have these custom built trusses installed and have it as a pitched roof. Depending on which roof, and build quality my budget is between $20-$30k. Complete transparency I have a quote for $22k however this builder can’t commence works until June / July. I’m after something to get going sooner rather than later. Cheers!

2 x pull out drawers need their fronts fixed back on. Picture shows 1 of 2 that are exactly the same, except they are both right off now. You will need some dowell and cabinet fixings I would imagine. We have guests for dinner arriving at 6pm so must be done and dusted by then. I can't do it myself because I am committed to other projects already until 5.30pm.

It can sit on a retaining wall at the front but needs footings for the rear of the platform.
