Have a new cat tree to build, build new cat litter unit and dismantle/ get rid of old one

We have a large steel shed that has two sliding doors that are each 2.70m wide, although one won't open. The remaining door is very stiff and although I have sprayed WD40 on the tracks at the top and cleaned out the tracks at the bottom, it's becoming increasingly difficult to open the door. Doors may need to be replaced and I have no idea of the cost and whether that's necessary so take my estimate with a pinch of salt.

The prefabricated shed needs to be put together and -placed on existing concrete in the backyard. Would prefer someone with handyman skills as I would be interested in some adjustments later on.
