We have a front and back porch that needs sanding and staining. Dimensions: Front Porch - 3.6m x 1.6m Back Porch - 5.5m x 1.5m Please provide everything. Stain colour choice to be finalised. Looking to have a 4 x 5.25m flat wooden deck sanded and stained. Just note that the type of nails in this deck have these small rounded heads which are not totally flush with the surface of the wooden (see the attached photo with the close up). Looking for 2 coats of stain and preferably Cabots aqua deck as that’s what I used for the small side gate next to the deck so would result in a good match.

I have 3 decking areas (one upstairs) and need them rejuvenated. Dimensions are 2.96 x 4.74 upstairs balcony Downstairs 7 x 4m 2.79 x 2.5 side Here is what another tradesman’s advice was: can not use machine due to the nails Will front the top off and eventually make the decking pop up If you want a full rejuvenated look the other option is Staining it with a nice natural merbau stain 2 coats (nice rich brown ) Then followed by 2 coats of protective layers of oil This will preserve the stain underneath , and also the decking from any sun/water damage Overall will last longer and look more rejuvenated in my opinion
