We have a space under a staircase, and are looking to build a new door in order to access it. This will involve removing the current gyprock to create an opening, creating a lintel for the new door, installing the door and building an architrave. We ask that you supply the materials, including the timber for the lintel, door and architrave, as well as any hinges or other supporting materials. The current size of the space is approx 104cm wide, and 140cm high, we would be looking for the door to fit inside this space at approx 90cm wide x 130cm high. The quotation does not need to include painting, as we will do this. We are looking for a qualified and licensed carpenter who can do the installation work of the door and door frame.
