We want to buy a second hand timber shed that would need to be dissembled from the previous owners home in Seaforth and then reassembled at our home in Beacon Hill

I have the trim kit and need the kit fitted and the microwave leveled to fit.

I’ve had another person built a brand new easy shed and it’s not completed. It needs to have the sliding doors taken off and attach the guard across top and needs to be fixed to the ground.

2.25m x 2.25m gable Easyshed to be installed at project in Seaforth. Good access and shed to go over existing slab

Have an old deck, currently with tiles on top of wooden battens with steel frame/supports. The wood has seen better days so most or all will need replacing, end result will be a wooden or composite deck. Given its elevated position and current condition will need a site visit for a quote.

Close a room and create a new doorway. Brick cutting and plaster work required as well - Due date: Flexible

Install new skirting board. We recently had works completed and the skirtings were missed. We require a tradesman/handyman to purchase the correct timber and fixtures. Need a large wooden block to sit snuggly between two bbqs in my outdoor kitchen. Dimensions: 71 L x 28cm H x 39cm W. Wanting a really beautiful hardwood that will come up well with natural oil I think. Will use the top as a bench, but will not chop on it. If you can source of have a suitable Redgum, ironbark, black but, camphorlaurel or something like that, would be I interested to know what it would cost cut to size and finished off beautifully so it both looks great and is functional. - Due date: Flexible

Cabinetry will require modification to accomodate a new oven (specs and photos attached). Current cabinetry space measures 101.5cm height and 60cm wide, with 60cm depth. Please let me know if you need any other measurements. The cupboard above (in photo) measures 62.5cm height and 60cm wide. I need the decking replaced with 140 x 22mm Decking H3 Treated Pine. I’ve had 95m delivered today. I'd need the sides done as well Its about 3.55m x 3.1 (see pics) The frame all seems fine. You’d need to supply the decking screws.. - Due date: Flexible
