We have two cavities beside an old fireplace that we would like to put about 6-8 shelves in for books? We have all the materials including the brackets, screws wall plugs and wood (however the wood will need to be cut to size, as there is a slight difference in length on each cavity size) so you’ll need a drop saw or some wood cutting device. There are four pieces of stone that came from another kitchen. The longest piece is about 3 metres. The joinery is in place and just waiting for the tops. You would need to come and see the job quickly before quoting. - Due date: Flexible

You would need to be able to dig the holes and concrete the posts in and attach ends to shed and put it all together. Attached is an example picture. Looking for a capable handyman/person to complete a few improvements on a granny flat in East Orange. It’s actually work to be done on the narrow walkway between the main house and granny flat (approximately 6m in length). Tasks include: - pressure washing concrete path - replacing architraves on one doorway - hanging two doors - replacing narrow walkway cover (laser lite and timber frame) - adding trim to exterior footer - adding timber panelling to narrow end wall (doorway size) I’m happy to provide all materials, however you must supply own tools/equipment for the job. *Optional painting work available inside too- for which we can negotiate extra payment* Flexible with dates and times- and if you’d prefer to view the jobs first then we can arrange a time to suit.
