Install 2 timber stud walls to divide up a living room into two smaller rooms (approx 3x3m each), inc plastering, wall height 2.7m, inc 2 door frames & doors, fixing, finishing with arch’s and skirtings, hang doors and hardware.

Supply, install and clear coat a hardwood screen on top of a dwarf wall upstairs our home. The frame would be 1700 x 2400 and looking for gaps to be about 15cm. I have attached a quick drawing of the space with measurements and also an image I found online similar to the screening we are looking for. Job date is TBA depending on handover of our place.
