Hello, I need a joiner to measure cut and install my brand new kitchen benchtop. I can take out the old benchtop with sink and have the space ready. I have a new white laminate benchtop sitting in my garage which is about 3.6m length. It needs to be professionally cut and connected seamlessly. Would need cooktop and sink holes cut out too. Looking to create a piece of kayak training apparatus. This will require someone who can weld. It is a basic construction: 3m rails which are from ground to a 60cm incline upon which a platform with 4 wheels sits. The person sits on the platform and pulls on a rope to move the platform on the rails. 3m of steel posts welded into a triangle configuration which is approximately 60cm high at one end and flat at the other. (have 3m steel posts from Bunnings). The platform needs wheels to roll on the rails (skateboard etc..), also needs side wheels to keep it on the rails. The kayak seat, paddle post can all be provided. This can be built anywhere around the Sydney area and picked up. Install skirting boards and architraves. Installation of c.40 m of skirting boards in living areas and hallway, all above tiles and into gyprock walls (1 brick, c.4m). Of which c.8 m already cut to length and need to be reinstalled. Architraves surrounding 2 windows and 2 double doors and c.18 m , all surround timber frames in brick walls (1 gyprock). All timber (pine/cedar) mouldings provided, other materials required. A number of other jobs to follow... - Due date: Flexible

Can you do any or both go these small jobs? Replacing a couple of the laminated floor boards (only 2/3 pieces - see picture) - painting window frame, the one closer to floor (it seems to be stone under the paint) Jobs need to be done next week if possible. We have purchased a fridge that is too tall for the cavity in the kitchen’s cabinetry. The bottom of the cabinet would need to be adjusted about 5cm higher (to accomodate the top of the fridge) and the doors may also need to be shortened so they don’t hit the top of the fridge. Looking for a qualified carpenter or handyman who can make the adjustment. Work needs to be done on Thursday 9th December before fridge arrives on 10th (moving into the house on the 8th)

Need to sand back and bog these wood panels that my dogs damaged. Need to Stain them as well.
