This is a semi and simple renovation includes, painting, tiling, plumbing and some electricity etc. See attached images for the scope. You will need to do all scope by yourself and manage subcontractors, see any major items you can do, then manage the rest (i.e. sub contractors). Subcontractors can be as part of your team already. Looking for a handyman whiz to assist with a laundry reno. This includes install of fibro for entire floor which is 3.35m x 1.9m. And another sheet of fibro along one wall (attached to exterior weatherboard) wall which is 2.2m high x 3.35m wide minus an existing door way. Followed by putting together 5 cabinets plus add a cutting to size and installing timber benchtop and cutting whole for the sink and tap. There are 2 larger cabinets to sit on the floor next to the washer and dryer, and 3 smaller cabinets to sit above. All products will be ready onsite. If the handy man does tiling too, floor tiling (600x300) and splashback tiling (300x75) above benchtop is also. required. - Due date: Flexible

Using 4No x 2.4m x 70mm x 35mm blue ccr pine posts per obelisk. Ancillary wood material will be required for bracing as proposed by tasker. Construct 5No obelisks, a photo type can be provided. The obelisks are intended for climbing roses. The outcome I want is for a four sided structure in the height range 2.4 to 2.6m. Each side dimension at the base to be 800mm (post to post). The top of the structure can be finished off with a post knob turned pine arty thing sitting on a square flat plate. The obelisks will be sitting on the garden bed soil. Hence request for ccr treated (blue) pine. Painting is not required as I will do that. To keep the structure strong you will need to apply your skill for suitable bracing. To keep the structure as light as possible but still durable I was nominating the 70 x 35mm treated pine timber.
