We need our deck furniture clearing off the deck, the deck sanded back, cleaned with deck cleaner, and two coats of stain applied (please advise which brand you recommend). Deck/rubbish cleared from site at completion and furniture put back into position (I have a bad shoulder and can’t lift anything heavy, otherwise I’d help!) No materials included. We have a new kitchen being installed and there will be some plumbing work required to relocate existing piping and electricals to a new island bench in the center of the area bout 1.5mts from where the sink currently sits. We want to add a door to our internal staircase to close off the downstairs area of our house. From the top of the bottom step to the roof is 223mm. and 90mm wide. The roof is not flat at the top and there is a hand rail so not sure how it is going to work or what is possible but we need to add a lockable door to that opening at the bottom of the steps. Must include everything from start to finish. I am not sure on what it should cost so please quote if you can do the job or want to come have a look first. - Due date: Flexible
