I am looking to find someone to build a cottage window awning. Similar to the photo attached.

The walls and sliding doors of the shed are already assembled. They need to be attached to the floor, and roof. - Due date: Flexible

Install doggy door into timber door & drywall. The doggy door is to be installed between a redundant timber door and the drywall in front of it (see photos). You will also need to block in the cavity between the doggy door and the pet enclosure outside so pets cant squeeze through (see photos). The enclosure does not butt right up against the door. You will need basic handyman or carpentry skills and your own tools. I have the doggy door but you will need to get the materials for enclosing the cavity (some bits of outdoor timeber etc). Weekends are preferable because I work full time Monday to Friday. - Due date: Flexible

Qualified cabinetmaker wanted Small European laundry cabinets (am getting Ikea cabinetry for the rest of the house but the laundry space is too small so need custom). Approx 1300x500x2040-2060. Possibly need custom bi-fold doors also. Quote for supply only, as well as supply and install. Can provide pics of plans and e.g. of what we're after. The door we bought didn't have access to subfloor as the new cladding is going all the way to the ground. We need to create an opening + install a trap/door to be able to access the subfloor for pest inspection/etc. - Due date: Flexible

Hi We've got small bit of sloping wooden deck (approx 3m x 0.8m, see pics) that needs a little quick sanding where white stains are and then re-staining in a matching/similar colour. Interior house painters recently left plaster or paint stains on wood (see pics). Can just sand these white areas off and quickly stain (1 or 2 coats). Doesnt need to be perfect, as need done by end of day, this Sunday 26th. Rest of decking (red crosses in pic) is plastic composite and needs to be left alone (do not attempt to stain). Hoping you can supply your own stain as we have just cleaned out shed and don't have any. Thanks!
