Hi, I wanted a backyard office/room built of 3x3.5m (2.5m h) dimensions. I have the drawings, assembly instructions manuals, and materials ready. The job involves following the manuals and assemble the room. Some electrical works such as powering the room, installing split AC, power sockets etc will be required but i am open to having an electrician or the tasker can do that as well. There is already a small shed and folding drying rack (pictures attached) which will need to be removed before installing the room.
