Hi! I have a piece of concrete garden statue that I’d like cut, dawn or chiseled off. The concrete garden statue is the face plate for a pond but it has been removed. Section to be removed is about 40 x 40 cm. I want to leave the frame but remove the damaged face inside it so it is taken back to semi-smooth finish inside frame, best you can do and then I can patch it up. Thanks! - Due date: Flexible
