I have a small 6m2 deck that needs re-oiling. And a wooden lounge and small table

We have attempted to oil a new spotted gum deck and have ended up with terrible lap marks. Hoping to get someone to assist with sanding it back so we can recoat properly Deck size 3 x 10m

Re-stain deck - 53sqm. Sanding not required I don’t think as original finish is quite worn but timber is smooth. Rounded nails also make sanding undesirable! Some photos so you can see the current state. I have some stain already - last photo is where I applied a bit - one coat.

I need to rebuild the deck around my pool. Its half done, ive been told better to pull it down and start again aRghh. They used the composite wood, I think i would rather normal wood this time. I have had a few people come out last year and then never get back to me. Ideally i want to remove my glass pool fence and then build the new deck and place the pool fence back on top of the deck. I have an above ground pool in the ground - when we first did deck they told me they could do a bracket and deck around the sides. But once they started they changed their mind leaving me with two half decks at the end of the pool which I absolutely hate. I want to deck around so you can’t see the pool coping. Maybe even deck all the way to house on top of tiles and put glass pool fence back ontop of deck.

The timber has decayed/ rotten, I don’t have the skill or the experience to undertake the task to replace the bottom ( maybe top) bracket, I have the upright “sticks” they are painted and ready to be attached. See photos I have also included what the end product should look like. I will supply materials.

Wooden beams that run under the deck into the garage need to be removed and replaced. Deck is currently unsafe to use due to the wooden beams rotting over time.
