New deck laid about 5 years ago and never oiled. Need all decking, balustrades, posts & 4 sets of stairs to be prepped and oiled with all materials supplied

I have a park cabin which I am going to live in which has a near new deck. I want the existing deck extended to the end of cabin. I also want cladding like outside of cabin to go up to rail height of deck (about 1 metre). This is to be on non carport end and across front. Then carport end i require a gate opening inward as tight car space. The idea is for security for my small dog. I will enclose pictures of cabin which I want modified .
