I have several wooden deck furniture pieces that need two coats of wood/deck staining. Stain is provided, you will need to bring your own equipment (e.g. brushes). - 3 seat couch - 2 seat couch - coffee table - side table Ideally this Sunday, but could be another day too.

We require a built in storage deck to replace the old one. (Image provided) we would like it to be able to store items underneath it if possible. Removal of old area needed as some is rotten from weathering. Final image idea of what it could potentially look like.

The original structure is not up to code; all works must be compliant with Australian standards and completed by licensed trades with certificates of compliance and warranties. Waterproof storage is to be built underneath with a base/floor. Please see attached images of existing structure and plans showing the new decking to be built. we are after a deck for our backyard

Clean/prepare and then seal the deck. It is 4.5metres x 4metres including some steps. I have the product (Aquadeck oil) for sealing just not the applicator brush and chemical cleaner required. It doesn't need sanding.
