I need to get the timberdecking and timber porch done

Our back deck is made of Futurewood composite decking. Much of the wood exposed to rain and heat is starting to badly spit and some boards have snapped. We are about to sell our house so we want it fixed “good enough” so that it looks better for prospective buyers but we only have the spent the minimum necessary. In other words, keep as much of the existing decking as possible and only replace what absolutely has to be. There are two “sections” of the deck needing attention: The first is approx 8m x 2.2m The second is about 5m x 1.5m Might someone to inspect to provide an accurate quote. I’m not a tradie so difficult to judge.
