Repair/replace runners/MDF board for drawers

Need the repair/replacement of runners for 4 MDF drawers for built in cabinet. Nothing wrong with the runners from what I can see however the drawers keep falling out of their runners when opening the drawers with any type of force. Drawers themselves are 40cm deep. Runners are the basic plastic wheel type. Possible the left hand side main MDF board, where the runners connect to, needs replacing as it's wobbling, hence the drawers won't stay in when sliding in and out.
