Hi there, I am looking for a draftsman or planner & certifier to design 2 things and help us with DA approval for 2 things 1. A simple detached deck around a tree in back garden (around 30 mtrs) 2. Extension of current Patio (additional 24 mtrs). Block size is 930 sqm+large block, so shouldn’t be a problem in securing these. We are in Cheltenham, falls under Hornsby council.

Happy to take offers - Have two timber decks that have some need of repair. Deck 1 is 469cm long with beams every 48cm. There are 2-3 panels that need replacing because of rot. And one that needs to be reattached - see pic. Roof eave panel to be resecured - see pic (above 1st deck) Deck 2 has 1 panel with whole that needs replacing.

Need to pop out a dent on the back door of our Honda HRV. No scratches exist therefore no paint repair required. Simple dent removal.

I need an experienced carpenter with a suitable nail-gun to install 76 balustrades around my veranda using appropriate length galvanised nails. I already have cut and painted each of the 66mm x 18mm x 900mm H3 Primed Finger Jointed Pine Moulding pieces so that they are ready for installation. These new balustrades will replace the existing old balustrades that are shown in the photos. The decorative tulip balustrades will remain in place untouched. I am happy to assist with the installation, but need a tradesperson with the nail-gun, nail-gun expertise and the nails.

I have a 2ft mini ramp out the back but I haven't got the tools nor the skills to resurface a hole in the riding surface. Happy to pay by the hour but need a qualified ramp builder with previous experience. This requires bending ply into a transition. Flick me a note with your experience and rates. THX. J

Hi guys, My dad and I got started replacing his back deck but something has come up and we can no longer complete what we started. The job is to replace the old deck at the back door of the house. Decking has been removed and is in a neat pile next to the drive. All the decking timber has been purchased and is ready to go as you can see in the photos. The deck is an irrgular shape. It would be roughly 7sqm. Some of the joists are fairly rotted and will need to be replaced but we are happy to use the majority of what is there. Especially as the deck is basically built at ground level. Hopefully the existing steel stirrups can be used. There is a small amount of excavated required where run off has built up under the deck. This can be disposed of on-site. We would like the old decking disposed off at the end of the job. Last off, apply oil which we have, including necessary application tools.
