Looking for someone to clean cigarette stained walls and ceiling in 139sqm lowest house. The cleaning is prep before we have it painted. Photos show walls and where we have cleaned a small patch. Have tried sugar soap, bleach and chlorine and the stains do come off, it’s just managing the mess and minimising water run off.

I need someone to fix my wooden gate’s hinge and metal latch. - The hinge connecting the gate to the fence has dislodged.
