Have recently bought a large wooden cubby house. Require someone to assemble (I have manual and parts). But also need some minor fixes (few nails, straighten, sand, install some wheels into bottom of floor etc). So it’s an assembly job but also a bit of a maintenance job as well. Basically would like to get a finished product that is nice and neat, sitting on wheels (I don’t have the wheels, need someone to discuss options) that’s sanded down and patched up where needs be. I’ll be doing the painting once it’s completed. Needs minor parts (some small wheels mounted to the bottom floor so it can be moved around and sit off the ground, sanding, wood patch up stuff) etc. someone a bit proactive that has a good eye when it comes to this stuff please and will take the necessary time to get it done well. I don’t want to have to get follow up work after it’s done. Have attached pictures showing assembled and also disassembled. Any questions please let me know.

Sanding, staining and polishing floorboards in 2 bedrooms 25 square meters

Need steps which go from concrete surface to a side door entrance. The steps will normally be packed away, so they need to be screwed, not nailed. The height required is 516mm, so the rise of each step would be 172mm, with three steps. I did a home drawing and I think the stringer would be under one metre long, with steps of 280 length. The steps will attach inside a brick edge of the door frame, the maximum gap of the door frame is 860mm. There should be three steps. The top step will need to be shorter in depth than the other two steps, under 80mm in depth, due to a half step already attached to the bottom of the door frame.
