I'd like to do some small renovations on my 3 bed apartment while living on-site. Kitchen, bathroom etc. I need some help from a qualified carpenter to discuss my options and then know the best place to start for planning and deciding on what's realistic within my budget.

Small landing on deck needs replacing with hard wood. Approx 6 to 8 planks. Basically it has softened from underground.

We just had new flooring installed in our house and some of our doors did not have enough clearance for the height of the new floors, so we have had to take the doors off and need the bottoms trimmed back so that they fit again. Some doors seems to only need a few mm off and others could do with a couple cm trimmed. Looking for a carpenter to help us with this job, and future jobs too when we are ready for them, while we slowly fix up our older house to feel modern again! I added some pictures to show the bottom of the door and the height jump of new floor. We have four doors in total that need trimming. Two of them are our toilet and bathroom doors so earlier offers will be favoured! 😅

I have new IKEA kitchen and I need to get the integrated fridge freezer door aligned properly and I also require the current door on the dishwasher taken off and the new integrated door put on. All cupboards to be touched up with the door alignment to finish off the kitchen.

Update to allow for completion of quotes for; Cabinetry in laundry to repair a hot water heater cupboard, door and shelving. Main room walk in Wardrobe shelving redesign, two other shelving replace and shelving installation/mirror doors. Flat pack set up for Aldi Industrial console table. Budget added here is estimated TBC as per jobs defined, agreed and estimated time for completion. I have not ordered any materials at this stage

Needing some guidance on what it would cost to remove this built in wardrobe to give more floor space. Replacing with new plasterboard and trims around the ceiling, replacing skirting and adding vinyl flooring I have left over from our floors being installed. Wardrobe size is approximately 157cm wide 61cm deep Located Caloundra West

Would like a cheap solution like IKEA. Would like to fit this wardrobe out with combination of drawers, shelves and hanging rods. Refer photo of idea. Everything to be behind sliding door (as we are not changing doors). Quote is for helping plan and installing. I’m happy to send you measurements

Construct a 3m x 3m easy shed onto an existing concrete slab. fix down with dyna bolts and brackets, silicone around base. - Due date: Flexible

Three jobs to be done. 1. Assemble and install a flat packed shed (1.5m x 1.5m). This includes preparing the base. Crusher dust, 16 x 40cm concrete pavers and paving sand provided. Picture of shed in pics. 2. Install 4 x window slat awnings. Awning sizes in pic (2 x large windows, 2 x small). 3. Assemble and install garden bed - Due date: Flexible

Assemble EasyShed 1.5m x 0.78m Off The Wall Garden Shed. Concrete and masonry anchor install per design. Cut the steel on one side 10x10cm cutout for pool pipes.
